1.1. The Operator’s primary goal and condition for its activities is to respect the rights and freedoms of individuals when processing their personal data, including protecting the right to privacy, personal and family secrets.

1.2. This Operator’s policy regarding personal data processing (hereinafter – the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors of the website https://3dbuy.ru/.

2. Basic Terms Used in the Policy

2.9. Personal data allowed by the subject of personal data for distribution – personal data to which access is provided to an unlimited number of persons by the subject of personal data by giving consent in the manner prescribed by Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

2.14. Destruction of personal data – any actions resulting in the permanent destruction of personal data with the impossibility of further recovery of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or destruction of material media containing personal data.

3. Main Rights and Obligations of the Operator

3.1. The Operator has the right to:

— receive accurate information and/or documents containing personal data from the subject of personal data;

— in case the subject of personal data withdraws consent to the processing of personal data or submits a request to terminate the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing without consent if there are grounds specified in the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data";

— independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure compliance with the obligations stipulated by the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and other applicable legal acts unless otherwise provided by federal law.

3.2. The Operator is obliged to:

— provide the subject of personal data with information regarding the processing of their personal data upon request;

— organize the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable Russian legislation;

— respond to requests and inquiries from personal data subjects and their legal representatives as required by the Federal Law;

— notify the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects upon request within 10 days from the date of receiving such a request;

— publish or otherwise provide unrestricted access to this Policy on personal data processing;

— take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, and other unlawful actions;

4. Main Rights and Obligations of Personal Data Subjects

4.1. Personal data subjects have the right to:

— receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, except in cases stipulated by federal laws. This information shall be provided in an accessible form and should not contain personal data of other subjects, except when there are legal grounds for disclosure;

— demand the Operator to clarify, block, or delete their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing;

— require prior consent for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes;

— withdraw consent to the processing of personal data and request termination of processing;

— appeal unlawful actions or inaction of the Operator in the processing of personal data to the authorized authority or court;

— exercise other rights provided by Russian law.

4.2. Personal data subjects are obliged to:

— provide accurate information about themselves to the Operator;

— inform the Operator about updates or changes to their personal data.

4.3. Persons who provided inaccurate information about themselves or about another subject of personal data without the latter’s consent bear responsibility under Russian law.

5. Principles of Personal Data Processing

5.1. The processing of personal data must be limited to achieving specific, predefined, and lawful purposes. Processing of personal data incompatible with these purposes is not allowed.

5.2. Combining databases containing personal data processed for incompatible purposes is not allowed.

5.3. Only personal data that meets the purposes of its processing is subject to processing.

5.4. The content and volume of processed personal data must correspond to the stated purposes of processing. Excessive processing of personal data relative to the stated purposes is not permitted.

5.5. Accuracy, sufficiency, and, when necessary, relevance of personal data must be ensured during processing. The Operator takes measures to remove or correct incomplete or inaccurate data.

5.6. Personal data must be stored in a form that allows identifying the subject of personal data no longer than required for processing purposes, unless otherwise provided by law or contract. Once the goals are achieved or the necessity ceases, personal data must be deleted or anonymized.

6. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Legal grounds: Federal Law “On Information, Information Technologies and Protection of Information” No. 149-FZ, Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

Types of processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, deletion, and anonymization of personal data.

Processed personal data: Full Name, Date of Birth, Place of Residence, Email, Company name (if user represents an organization).

Purposes:
