PROHIBITED

Multi-account; Multiple accounts:

• It is prohibited to share access with other people (shared account usage)

• Group account usage is prohibited (Account owner is the person who registered on the site and can use their email to confirm registration)

• Creating more than one account is prohibited. In case of violation, all accounts will be temporarily blocked until it is decided which account to keep; all others will be deleted.

• Transfer, sale, or gifting of the account is prohibited.

• It is not allowed to register two accounts with different roles for one user. If you are a designer-visualizer, choose the 3D visualizer role.

• Do not fill in account information incorrectly; the "First Name", "Last Name", and "City" fields must contain correct data, not a random sequence of characters.

• It is not allowed to create a library of materials and models on a PC, use favorites and the website functionality.

• Transfer of 3D and 2D materials to third parties is prohibited.

The system extracts your IP address, cookies, and unique PC code. If two matches are detected, the accounts receive Multi-account status and may be banned. More details about bans can be found below on this page.

Multi-account does not participate in promotions, referral programs, and cannot spin the wheel.

If you plan to give another person access to your computer to log into your personal account, let them use a different browser from the one you use.

Creating multiple accounts to boost downloads via the referral program will result in a permanent ban without review.

Spam registration

If a user registers several accounts in a row, all such accounts will be blocked, and the user will not be able to access the resource until the situation is clarified. The only exception is if you entered an incorrect email address during the first registration and registered a second account. In this case, the first account will be deleted either by the administrator or automatically.

If spam registration using parser programs is detected, all related accounts will be immediately blocked.

Mass downloading of models/materials:

All actions that may lead to the transfer of models or materials to third parties are prohibited. This includes downloading data for backup, creating a personal library, and similar actions. Systematic downloading of five or more models in a row from one category is also prohibited.

Active mass downloading of models in a short period and systematic downloading through favorites and history is prohibited. Page-by-page downloading, by categories, new models, including top downloads, is prohibited.

If the user violates these rules, they receive a warning. If the violation repeats within a month, the user gets a temporary 3-day ban. It is in your interest to respond to the warning and clarify the situation.

Downloading previews:

Actions that may lead to transferring previews to third parties are prohibited. Such actions include downloading previews for backup, creating your library, and similar activities, as well as downloading previews via data parsing. Posting previews on social networks is allowed if used for advertising purposes with a watermark and does not violate the Agreement. It is allowed to use previews to create Collages (Moodboards), and posting such Collages is not prohibited.

Preview reliability is ensured by the trademark.

Deleting models by the author:

To delete their model, the author must send a request in the feedback section, specifying the model link. If the model is deleted by the author, the reward for its upload – 5 perpetual downloads – will be deducted. If the author has no perpetual downloads left, deleting the model while keeping the account becomes impossible.

Copyright violation:

If you believe your copyright has been violated, contact the model's author to fill out a deletion request (Model Deletion by Author).
If the author does not respond or has a hidden account, you can fill out a model deletion request. At the time of submission, the model will be sent for moderation and removed from publication.

SITE BEHAVIOR RULES, PROHIBITED:

• Using obscene language and its substitutes, as well as any words resembling such expressions;

• Displaying sexual harassment;

• Public discussion of moderator and administration actions;

• Insulting users, provoking conflicts, personal attacks;

• Promoting racial, national, or religious hatred;

• Advertising messages and posting links to other websites, including those that violate the laws of the Russian Federation;

• Discussing political issues related to tense international situations and potential conflicts.

TYPES OF BANS:

The document describes various types of penalties for violating site rules.

Upload ban - is a permanent penalty and is issued for systematic violations of model upload rules. A moderator may lift it at their discretion. You will not be able to upload models.

Multi-account ban - is issued to all accounts associated with the detected multi-account. Users will be notified that they must keep only one account, and the others will be deleted. You will have access only to the main page view.

Warning - issued for rule violations; this type of ban will not have any sanctions but will be reflected in the account history. You will receive a personal message explaining the reason for the ban.

Temporary ban - issued for 3 days and removed automatically. It is issued for repeated rule violations or for violating the rules within a month after receiving a warning. You will not have access to site functionality, only to the main page and login.

Account ban - is a full ban issued for violations of the rules and ignoring warnings.

Expired - ban is automatically issued to accounts with User status that have not visited the site for six months. This is equivalent to account deletion, but the user can restore it by contacting support.

Account deletion - is a complete removal of the account and a full block of the user from further registration and site access.

IP ban - issued along with account ban and account deletion. It affects all IP records from the account history, even if these IPs were used by other users.

Evercookie ban - issued along with account ban and account deletion. It affects all Evercookie records from the account history, even if they were used by other users. Therefore, it is important to use only your account and in your browser.

 

An account can receive a maximum of three warnings throughout its history; after that, a temporary three-day ban follows. If a repeated violation occurs within a month after a warning, the account will receive a temporary ban, and all subsequent bans will also be temporary, regardless of how many warnings there were before.

A user can receive up to three warnings and three temporary bans on their account. After that, account deletion follows, but it may occur earlier in case of serious violations of the site rules. Moderators strive to balance punishment and loyalty to users who violate the rules.

We adhere to the double-contact rule when imposing a ban to avoid possible errors. To do this, we use two separate checks performed simultaneously or sequentially by two different elements or systems. This rule adds an extra level of security before we make a decision to impose a ban. Applying this principle is especially important in situations where high reliability and security are required.

If violations are detected, the site Administration has the right to access the user's profile (in "observer" status) for a detailed study of the situation, without compromising the confidentiality of the account.
